Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
